What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional skills for daily living
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s goals
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Document progress and adjust interventions to support patient success
Who You’ll Work With
As part of the OT team, you’ll work alongside:
- Registered Occupational Therapists (OTRs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Mental health professionals, speech-language pathologists, and care coordinators
- Administrative staff who support scheduling and coordination

Who You Are
- You are a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- You’re licensed in the state of Florida (or eligible)
- You’re passionate about empowering others and take a hands-on, patient-first approach
- You enjoy working in a team-based setting that integrates mental and physical health
