Whether you’re greeting patients at the front desk, managing a location, or supporting regional operations, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient care environment.
This team keeps the engine running—handling administrative tasks, solving problems in real time, and ensuring nothing gets in the way of great care.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and provide excellent in-person or phone-based customer service
- Support the day-to-day operations of clinics across Florida and Virginia
- Assist with scheduling, record management, and insurance coordination
- Help resolve patient concerns and ensure their needs are met promptly and compassionately
- Collaborate across teams to create a smooth and organized experience
